（一）县级人民政府档案行政管理部门是《档案法》规定设立并授权的最基层的政府档案行政管理部门。县以下并无法定档案行政管理机构，也无派出机构。县级档案行政管理部门直接对县以下所有机关、团体、企业事业单位和其他组织的档案工作实施行政管理，是国家档案行政管理系统
(1) The archives administrative department of a county-level people’s government is the most basic administrative department of government archives established and authorized by the “Archives Law”. There is no statutory file administrative organ under the county and no agency. The county-level archives administrative department directly implements the administration of archival work of all the organs, groups, enterprises, institutions and other organizations below the county level, and is a member of the State Archives Administrative Management System
