故障现象一辆2001年生产的帕萨特1.8T自动挡轿车,搭载AWL发动机,行驶里程约为19.5万km。据驾驶人反映,该车加速时气门室盖处会发出异响。故障诊断接车后试车发现,发动机怠速时一切正常,加速时气门室盖处会发出异响,异响像是由链条发出的,且响声很大。用故障检测仪进行检测,读得故障代码16395(图1)。分析该故障代码的含义,推断凸轮轴调节系统有故障。拆下气门室盖,发现气门室盖和气缸盖上均有明显的磨损痕迹(图2),并且磨损位置分别位于凸轮轴传动链条的上方和下方,由此确定异响是由凸轮轴传动链条与气门室盖和气缸盖发生磨擦而产生的,推断凸轮轴调节器损坏。
Fault phenomenon A 2001 Passat 1.8T automatic transmission sedan, equipped with AWL engine mileage of about 195000 km. According to the driver, the car will sound abnormal noise when the car accelerates. Troubleshooting After the car was unloaded, it was found that when the engine was idling, everything was normal. When it was accelerating, abnormal noise would be emitted at the valve cover and the abnormal noise would be emitted by the chain with loud noise. With the fault detector for testing, read the fault code 16395 (Figure 1). Analysis of the meaning of the fault code, inferred camshaft adjustment system is faulty. Remove the valve chamber cover and found that the valve chamber cover and cylinder head are obvious signs of wear (Figure 2), and the wear location are located above and below the camshaft drive chain, which determines the abnormal sound is driven by the camshaft drive chain With the valve cover and cylinder head friction generated, inferred camshaft adjuster damage.
