惠南23#楼以BIM信息化技术为平台,建立的项目信息化模型为整个项目的实施具有指导作用:设计阶段,BIM模型为整个建筑外观效果和多变户型提供可视化空间展示;构件深化设计阶段,BIM模型能够指导深化,自动生成列表清单供预制件加工厂采购备料;预制构件厂采集BIM模型中生成的机械加工格式数据导入工厂数控系统,实现预制构件的机械自动化生产;
