复杂合金钢的热处理操作技术很难具体掌握,所以更谈不到提高时速。本文作者工程师(原载“机械制造通报”1953年7期),研究了这个问题,并且在实验中作了肯定性的结论,不仅使18XHBA钢制渗碳零件退火时能排除其渗碳层剥落现象,而且尚能保证质量优良;此外,最引人重视的是缩短了二分之一强的操作工时。为了使它能应用在我国的工业技术上,特将其著文译出,以供读者参考。 18XHBA钢的化学成份为:碳0.15至0.22、锰0.25至0.55、矽0.17至0.37、铬1.35至1.65、镍4.10至4.60、钨0.8至1.2。机械性能:
