硒是人体必需的微量元素,可抑制癌肿和心血管疾病的发生发展。硒含量过低将导致人营养不良。目前,对人体内硒的研究正在不断深入。对微量硒的测定,常用方法有气相色谱法,荧光法,原子吸收氢化物法,石墨炉原子吸收法等。其中石墨炉原子吸收法因取样量小,不需复杂的前处理、灵敏度高而被广泛采用。通过加入不同的基体改进剂,可大幅度提高硒的灰化温度,消除基体干扰,从而对人乳样品可不经消化直接上机测定。对于测硒的基体改进剂,常用的有镍、铜,但测样时仍需采用标准加入法,最近有报道采用贵金属作基体改进剂效果更好,可明显提高测定的灵敏度和
