鼠疫是一种自然疫源性疾病,病原体为鼠疫耶尔森氏菌.鼠疫菌的生物学特性具有重要的生态学和流行病学意义.本文对广西2000～2002年分离自病人淋巴液及自死黄胸鼠脏器的15株鼠疫菌进行糖醇酵解试验、营养需求、脱氮反应、毒力因子测定.运用高分子生物学手段可为鼠疫疫源地结构及性质的确定提供科学依据,对及时发现和控制疫情具有流行病学重要价值.现将研究结果报道如下:
