客家文化源自中原汉人南迁时自身所保留的唐宋时期的河洛文化和中原文化,其作为中华文化的独具特色的组成部分,近年来一直备受世人关注。而赣南则是客家人的发源地和集散地,因此赣南被称为“客家摇篮。上犹县作为我国客家文化的聚集地,县内环境优美,气候宜人,融青山秀水、文物古迹、人文建筑为一体。该县应充分发挥山水资源优势,在文化保护基础之上,适时创新,将文化价值不断转化为现实的社会效益,努力做好县城建设和旅游开发。才是破除文化保护与传承和社会经济的瓶颈的根本之道。
