目的研究欧洲越桔花青素提取物(Myrtillus EX)对常压缺氧负荷小鼠抗缺氧能力的影响。方法采用HPLC/HPLC-MS分析Myrtillus EX中的不同花青素类成分。通过常压缺氧负荷小鼠模型观察Myrtillus EX对小鼠存活时间和耗氧量的影响,利用ORAC法测定血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的抗氧化能力指数,Griess化学法测定NO含量,以及TBARS法测定血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的MDA含量。结果Myrtillus EX可以明显提高常压缺氧负荷小鼠的耐缺氧能力,有效降低血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的MDA含量,并调节血浆、大脑皮质及肝组织匀浆中的NO含量。结论Myrtillus EX对常压缺氧负荷小鼠显示一定的保护作用,其机制可能与其自由基清除能力和抑制脂质过氧化作用有关。
Objective To study the effect of the extract of European blueberry anthocyanin (Myrtillus EX) on anti-hypoxic ability of normoxic-stressed mice. Methods HPLC/HPLC-MS was used to analyze the different anthocyanin components in Myrtillus EX. The effects of Myrtillus EX on the survival time and oxygen consumption of mice were investigated by normobaric hypoxic mouse model. The antioxidant capacity indices in plasma, cerebral cortex and liver homogenates were measured by ORAC method. The content of NO was determined by Griess chemical method. The TBARS method was used to determine the MDA content in plasma, cerebral cortex and liver homogenates. RESULTS Myrtillus EX can significantly increase the hypoxic tolerance of normoxic-stressed mice, effectively reduce the MDA content in plasma, cerebral cortex and liver homogenate, and regulate the NO content in plasma, cerebral cortex and liver tissue homogenates. . Conclusion Myrtillus EX shows a certain protective effect on normoxic-stressed mice, and its mechanism may be related to its free radical scavenging ability and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
