最近在不同场合听到业界一些学者对中国图书馆学教育的前景感到忧虑,担心其即将“消亡”,一些学者认为危机与希望并存,还有一些学者认为其前景是美好的。倒底应该怎么看待,怎么认识,怎么面对,怎么行动?我们认为这些是颇需集思广益的。为此特组织此专题讨论,先请几位学者开个头,其中王余光教授(本刊编委)又组织了几位学者参与讨论,对他们的支持表示深切的谢意。同时也欢迎业界内外人士继续就此问题发表高见。
Recently heard on various occasions some academics in the industry are worried about the prospect of library science education in China, fearing that they are about to “die out”, some believe that crises and hopes coexist, and some believe that their prospects are bright. How should we understand, how to deal with, what should we do? We think these are rather brainstorming needs. To this special organization of this thematic discussion, first asked a few scholars to start with Professor Wang Yu Guang (editorial board) also organized several scholars to participate in the discussion, expressed their deep appreciation for their support. At the same time, both inside and outside the industry are welcome to continue to express their opinions on this issue.
