本文阐述中药生物活性测定法中标准品建立的意义及重要性,提出中药标准品建立的思路及发展方向。对现有中药标准品研究的发展现状进行分析,结合作者的研究成果及经验,探讨中药标准品发展方向及趋势。中药标准品的研究还需要经过长期深入的研究,需要加大投资力度,各研究机构应密切配合,整合资源,这样才能推进中药标准品的发展,为生物活性测定法用于中药质量控制奠定坚实的基础。
This article elaborates the significance and significance of the establishment of standards in the bioassay of traditional Chinese medicine, and puts forward the ideas and development directions for the establishment of standards for traditional Chinese medicines. The current situation of the research on the existing standards of Chinese medicine is analyzed. Based on the research results and experiences of the authors, the development direction and trends of the standards of Chinese medicine are discussed. The study of Chinese medicine standard also needs long-term in-depth research, need to increase investment, research institutions should work closely with, integration of resources, so as to promote the development of Chinese medicine standards for the bioassay for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine to lay a solid Foundation.
