我厂制造使用的盒式录音带内盒模具,原来使用的是进口瑞典718钢或日本NAK55钢,由于这两种材料国内不易买到,我们迫切需求一种能代替进口的国产钢材。上海材料研究所和大冶钢厂共同研制的PMS镜面塑料模具钢经我们在磁带内盒模具上应用后,表明该钢种具有良好加工工艺特性和镜面抛光性,完全能满足各种精密塑料模具的特殊要求,镜面性能和模具寿命优于NAK55钢,为了使该钢尽早推广应用,现将应用情况介绍如下。
