在水泥原料的分析方法中,容量测定法被认为是应用广泛和行之有效的分析手段。为此我们改进操作,以银坩埚代替铂皿,用强碱作溶剂熔样,再以浓酸分解熔块,一次就制得均一透明的溶液,从而为分别测定诸成分与进一步实现各元素仪器分析的系统方法提供了必要条件。下面提出的快速容量分析法,操作简易、快速、准确、设备简单、适应性强,适用于水泥厂中各种原料主成分的测定。为科研单位和地方水泥厂化学分析提供了便利条件。(在使用此法时,请注意所用试样均应保证通过4900孔筛)。现将水泥原料快速容量分析测定方法介绍于下:
