在大多数欧盟国家受困于严重的失业问题时，荷兰却以其良好的劳动市场形势引起了世人的注意，本文对此进行了分析。作者认为，荷兰劳动市场的良性发展得益于１９８２年以来的经济改革，使荷兰形成了有利的宏观经济政策、工资协商制度及劳动市场等。但是作者也指出了荷兰劳动市场所存在结构性失调等问题
While most EU countries are trapped by serious unemployment, the Netherlands has drawn the world’s attention for its good labor market situation. This article analyzes this. The author believes that the healthy development of labor market in the Netherlands benefits from the economic reform since 1982, which has resulted in favorable macroeconomic policies, wage negotiation system and labor market in the Netherlands. However, the author also pointed out the structural problems in the labor market in the Netherlands
