油田电化学采油技术在鄂尔多斯盆地长2+3油砂矿开发中的应用

油田电化学采油技术是以油层处理剂降解油砂矿原油组分,改善油层电导率,以电场直接作用于油层部位,充分利用电解、电加热、电泳、电场力的驱油作用,改善油层油水相渗透率、提高油层温度、清除油层阻塞,最终提高原油采收率。本文选择鄂尔多斯盆地长2+3油砂矿藏进行现场电化学采油技术试验,通过对原油产量、采出液温度、原油组分等试验指标的分析,发现电化学采油技术可有效提高长2+3油砂矿藏的产量。电化学采油技术在该油田的成功应用对该技术在开发鄂尔多斯盆地油砂矿藏方面的发展具有指导意义。 Oilfield electrochemical recovery technology is based on oil layer treatment agent degradation of oil sands crude oil components to improve the conductivity of the reservoir to the electric field directly on the reservoir site, make full use of electrolysis, electric heating, electrophoresis, electric field of the oil displacement, improve oil and water reservoir Phase permeability, increase reservoir temperature, clear the reservoir blockage, and ultimately increase oil recovery. In this paper, we choose the field 2 + 3 oil sand deposits in the Ordos Basin for on-site electrochemical recovery technology. Through the analysis of the experimental indexes such as crude oil production, the temperature of the produced liquid and the composition of the crude oil, we found that the electrochemical recovery technology can effectively increase the length of 2 + 3 Production of oil sands deposits. The successful application of electrochemical recovery technology in this field is instructive for the development of this technology in the development of oil sands deposits in the Ordos Basin.
