以13个玉米自交系及其按完全双列杂交配制的78个单交种为材料,比较了刘来福主成分法、刘垂玗主成分法、枢轴凝聚法和Cervantes法等四种遗传距离测定方法所得的遗传距离间的相关系数,聚类结果、遗传距离与产量杂种优势和杂种产量的关系,结果表明,主成分法比枢轴凝聚法更优,刘来福主成分法与刘垂玗主成分法所得结果相似,Cervanfes法最差。
Thirteen maize inbred lines and 78 single crosses prepared by complete diallel cross were used as materials to compare the four genetic distance methods of Liu Laifu main component method, Liu Chuanxiong principal component method, pivot condensation method and Cervantes method The results showed that the principal component method was better than the pivot cohesion method, the result of the principal component method of Liu Laifu and the principal component method of Liu Chuanxiong Similarly, the Cervanfes method is the worst.
