工程机械的舒适化,归根结底是人机工学、人机界面交互、设计几何学、力学、数字建模等多门学科的综合应用,是操控执行的舒适化,也是人体感知的舒适性。而真正意义上的舒适性,不仅仅是狭义的舒服,还包含了安全、便捷、高效的性能要求,同时更应具备易快速量产的经济化效益。在欧美市场上,工程机械的舒适性设计已经非常成熟,如JCB挖掘装载机、魏德明(Weidemann)静液压装载机、卡特彼勒轮式装载机、山猫滑移装载机等产品,其整机的舒适性设计都已经非常完善,并成为整个行业的领导者甚至是某些行业准则的制定者。而在国内市场上,舒适性的整体水平则处于逐步完善的阶段。目前,在成本允许的范围内,无论是用户还是生产厂商,均对舒适化投入了大量的关注和实践性改善。其实,我们通常所说的工程机械的舒适性,既有操控意义上的舒适性也有感知范围内的舒适性,主要体现在操控舒适性、维修舒适性、工作环境舒适性、内饰舒适化以及噪声和振动的控制等5个方面。本刊将以连载的形式,从5个方面出发,一起探讨工程机械舒适性技术策略。本期,让我们一起去探讨和体验最佳的操控舒适性。
