目的:本次研究主要探讨超声诊断在胎儿神经系统畸形中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析了2015年1月至2017年1月期间内6000例孕期胎儿颅脑及脊柱超声诊断的资料,并与随访资料进行对比,分析超声诊断的临床应用价值。结果:通过在早孕期与中孕期两个阶段对胎儿进行颅脑及脊柱超声诊断,共发现无脑儿8例,膜脑脑膨出2例、脊柱裂6例、颈部水囊瘤5例、脑积水2例、Dandy-Walker畸形1例、全前脑1例、胼胝体发育不全1例、后颅窝池囊肿1例,所有胎儿后经引产均被证实。结论:超声早孕期与中孕期联合检查在胎儿神经系统畸形中具有重要的临床价值,部分胎儿神经系统畸形能够在孕20周之前得到诊断,部分畸形在12-14周可以得到筛查,从而有效的降低对孕妇生理与心理上的伤害。 OBJECTIVE: This study mainly explored the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal neurological deformity. Methods: The data of 6 cases of fetal brain and spine ultrasound during pregnancy from January 2015 to January 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis was analyzed by comparing with the follow-up data. Results: Fetal brain and spine ultrasound diagnosis of the fetus in both early pregnancy and in the second trimester, found a total of 8 children without brain, brain encephalocele in 2 cases, spina bifida in 6 cases, 5 cases of cervical water cyst tumor , Hydrocephalus in 2 cases, Dandy-Walker malformation in 1 case, whole forebrain in 1 case, corpus callosum hypoplasia in 1 case, posterior fossa cyst in 1 case and all fetuses after induced by labor were confirmed. Conclusion: The combination of ultrasound early pregnancy and the second trimester pregnancy has important clinical value in fetal neurological deformity. Some fetal neurological malformations can be diagnosed before 20 weeks’ gestation and some deformities can be screened at 12-14 weeks to be effective Reduce the physical and psychological harm to pregnant women.
