1999年冬 ,在广东台山红岭种子园内进行湿×加杂种松嫩枝扦插繁殖试验。采用 5个插前穗条浸渍处理、2个荫棚环境 (各设 3个重复 )进行扦插试验。结果表明 ,在合适条件下 ,湿×加杂种松扦插生根率高 ,平均可达 95 .0 %以上 ,扦插苗根系、抽梢生长良好。荫棚环境、遗传因素对生根率、每株不定根数、抽梢长均有显著的影响 ,微型荫棚与大型荫棚相比 ,所扦插苗木的这 3个指标要分别高出 2 .2个百分点、1.39条、8.6 5cm ,但大型荫棚生根较微型荫棚要快 ;家系间这 3个指标的极差分别为 4 .2个百分点、1.4 1条、4 1.75cm。插前采用 1g·L- 1多菌灵水溶液或 5 0mg·L- 1的ABT 1号生根粉 + 1g·L- 1多菌灵水溶液浸泡穗条 4 7h可有效地提早生根时间和增加扦插苗的高生长。广东中、南部地区冬、春季荫棚内 ,插后 4 0d穗条已全部愈合 ,插后 5 1 73d、84 132d为生根高峰期
The winter of 1999, in Guangdong Taishan Hongling seed orchard wet × plus hybrid softwood cutting propagation test. The experiment of cutting was carried out by immersing five spike strips and two shade sheds (each with three replicates). The results showed that under suitable conditions, the rooting rate of wet cuttings plus hybrid cuttings was high, with an average of more than 95.0%. The roots and shoots of cuttings grew well. The environmental factors and the genetic factors had a significant effect on the rooting rate, the number of adventitious roots per plant and the length of the shoot.
