目的对QuEChERS法加以改进使之适用于土壤中吡虫啉的提取,并对QuEChERS法和震荡提取法进行对比研究。方法分别采用改进后的QuEChERS法和震荡提取法对成都地区4种土壤中的吡虫啉进行提取,经高效液相色谱法检测比较方法的准确度和精密度;同时研究QuEChERS法对成都市主城区不同地点白蚁防治土壤化学屏障质量检测的适用性。结果改进的QuEChERS法比震荡提取法更加简便易操作,且有机溶剂用量少。4种土壤中QuEChERS法的添加回收率为80.8%~106.2%,RSD为0.5%~2.4%,震荡提取法的添加回收率为28.7%~85.7%,RSD为0.5%~6.7%;QuEChERS法对成都主城区19个白蚁防治土壤化学屏障工程中吡虫啉的提取回收率在82.9%~105.6%,RSD在0.1%~6.5%。结论实验结果表明改进后的QuEChERS法可高效地用于白蚁防治土壤化学屏障中吡虫啉检测工作的样品制备。
OBJECTIVE To improve the QuEChERS method for the extraction of imidacloprid in the soil, and to compare the QuEChERS method with the shaking extraction method. Methods The improved QuEChERS method and shaking extraction method were respectively used to extract imidacloprid in four kinds of soils in Chengdu. The accuracy and precision of the method were compared by high performance liquid chromatography. At the same time, Applicability of termites in soil chemical barrier quality control. Results Improved QuEChERS method than the shock extraction method is more simple and easy to operate, and the amount of organic solvents used less. The recoveries of QuEChERS in the four soils ranged from 80.8% to 106.2%, RSD ranged from 0.5% to 2.4%, and the recoveries of shaking extraction from 28.7% to 85.7% and RSD from 0.5% to 6.7% The recovery of imidacloprid from 19 termites in the main urban area of Chengdu was between 82.9% and 105.6% and the RSD ranged between 0.1% and 6.5%. Conclusion The experimental results show that the improved QuEChERS method can be used effectively in the preparation of termites for the control of imidacloprid in soil chemical barriers.
