本文对黑龙江省24名男女少年滑雪运动员进行了PWC_(170)机能试验和最大吸氧量(Vo_2max)的测定,对其结果进行简单分析。少年滑雪运动员肺活量和时间肺活量的均值较高,而且冬季两项滑雪运动员的肺活量和时间肺活量明显较高。这是因为冬季两项运动员的胸肺发育完善,呼吸功能训练良好,通气能力较强。少年越野和冬季两项运动员PWC_(170)和最大吸氧量的均值均无显著性差异。这表明两个项目之间运动员的心血管机能差别不大。少年滑雪运动员PWC_(170)和Vo_2max的均值与国内耐力性项目的少年运动员相比,处于低水平,Vo_2max则明显低于国外少年越野滑雪运动员。这是我国少年滑雪运动员成绩不佳的原因之一。少年滑雪运动员的训练安排应符合他们的解剖和生理特点。早期专项训练应着重全面身体训练及专项素质的训练,不要过早要求出成绩,以免影响身体发育和将来创造优异成绩。
In this paper, 24 male and female skiers in Heilongjiang Province were tested for PWC 170 and the maximum oxygen uptake (Vo_2max), and their results were briefly analyzed. Young skier’s average lung capacity and time vital capacity are higher, and both skiers in winter have higher vital capacity and time vital capacity. This is because winter athletes have well-developed chest and lungs, good respiratory function training, and strong ventilation. There was no significant difference in the mean of PWC_ (170) and maximum oxygen uptake between junior athletes and winter athletes. This shows that there is little difference in the cardiovascular performance of athletes between the two programs. The mean of PWC_ (170) and Vo_2max of juvenile skiers is lower than that of domestic juvenile athletes and Vo_2max is significantly lower than that of juvenile cross-country skiers. This is one of the reasons for the poor performance of our country’s skier. Junior skiers training arrangements should be consistent with their anatomical and physiological characteristics. Earlier special training should focus on comprehensive physical training and special quality training, do not prematurely request a result, so as not to affect the physical development and create excellent results in the future.
