观察了实验性糖尿病大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ (ATⅡ )、C肽的变化及中药糖心宁对它们的作用。结果表明 ,ATⅡ的含量对照组高于正常组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,治疗组低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。C肽的含量对照组低于正常组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,治疗组高于对照组(P <0 0 1 )。ATⅡ的升高可以对心脏产生有害的作用。糖心宁可以提高C肽的含量 ,改善β细胞的功能。糖心宁可能通过多途径作用降低ATⅡ的含量 ,治疗糖尿病心血管并发症
The changes of plasma levels of angiotensin II (ATII) and C-peptide in experimental diabetic rats and the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Tangxining on them were observed. The results showed that the content of ATII was higher in the control group than in the normal group (P <0 01), and lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0 01). The content of C-peptide was lower in the control group than in the normal group (P < 0 01), and higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0 01). The elevation of ATII can have a detrimental effect on the heart. Saccharin can increase the content of C-peptide and improve the function of β-cells. Xinxining may reduce the content of ATII through multiple routes of action and treat diabetic cardiovascular complications
