目前,我国的各大高校已经开始对体育课程开始重视,大学生的终身体育目标还没有实现,很多高校已经在体育课程上进行创新和开发,很多体育项目已经得到了很好的进行和开展。随着目前人们的审美观念还有很多方面的提升,高校对于学生的要求也是越来越高。目前,各大高校在体育课程中增设了舞蹈形体课程作为体育课程。帮助学生塑造身形,还能够提高学生的整体气质,这些积极作用也是高校开展舞蹈形体课的最终目标。
At present, the major colleges and universities in our country have begun to attach importance to the PE curriculum. The lifelong sports goal of the college students has not been realized. Many colleges and universities have already made innovations and developments in the PE curriculum. Many sports have been well conducted and carried out. With the current people’s aesthetic concept there are many aspects of the upgrade, the requirements of colleges and universities are also getting higher and higher. At present, major colleges and universities in the physical education courses to add a physical dance courses as physical education courses. To help students shape their stature, but also to improve the overall temperament of students, these positive effects are also the ultimate goal of college physical education dance lesson.
