应用放射免疫测定法(RIA),研究了电击足底(FS)应激时,大鼠脑和垂体内β内啡肽(ir-β-EP)和神经降压素样免疫活性物质(ir-NT)含量的变化。发现电击刺激2min后立即断头组,大鼠垂体内ir-β-EP含量减少非常显著,下丘脑内的含量则明显增加,而垂体和下丘脑内ir-NT的含量均明显增加。电击后20min组,大鼠垂体内ir-β-EP含量升高,下丘脑内的含量明显减少,而垂体和下丘脑内的ir-NT的含量均有减少。结果提示,电击应激时早期垂体可能释放ir-β-EP增加,而垂体和下丘脑可能释放ir-NT减少。
Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to study the effects of ir-β-EP and ir- vasopressin-like immunoreactive substances (ir- NT) content changes. It was found that there was a significant decrease of ir-β-EP content in rat pituitary and a significant increase of content in hypothalamus, while ir-NT content in pituitary and hypothalamus was significantly increased. At 20 min after the shock, the content of ir-β-EP in the pituitary increased, the content in the hypothalamus decreased significantly, while the content of ir-NT in the pituitary and hypothalamus decreased. The results suggest that the early pituitary release of ir-β-EP may increase during shock stress, whereas the release of ir-NT may be reduced in the pituitary and hypothalamus.
