钢的内氧化型渗碳(CD渗碳)的机理和动力学类似于合佥的内氧化反应。本文着重介绍了铁素体和奥氏体基体的CD渗碳,以及δ-珠光体的形成反应,指出,这些反应均为由碳的体积扩散所控制的过程。文中还讨论了应用等活度线求渗碳层表面最高碳浓度的方法。而且以奥氏体基体的渗碳为例,说明了CD渗碳层的组织和性能特点,以及在工业生产上的实际意义。
The mechanism and kinetics of internal oxidation carburizing (CD carburizing) of steel are similar to the internal oxidation of colazepam. This paper focuses on the CD carburization of ferrite and austenite matrix and the formation of δ-pearlite, pointing out that these reactions are controlled by the volume diffusion of carbon. The paper also discusses the application of activity lines such as carburizing the highest surface carbon concentration method. In addition, the carburizing of austenite matrix is taken as an example to illustrate the microstructure and properties of CD carburized layer and its practical significance in industrial production.
