目的:揭示采收季节与年龄对曼地亚红豆杉枝叶中紫杉醇(taxol)和10-脱乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ(10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ,10-DABⅢ)含量的影响,为曼地亚红豆杉适时采收提供依据。方法:2009年3月26日至2010年1月26日每隔2个月采集经标记的25株三年生植株和25株五年生植株枝叶,采用HPLC测定不同年龄与生长季节曼地亚红豆杉枝叶中紫杉醇和10-DABⅢ的含量。结果:不同采收年龄的曼地亚红豆杉紫杉醇和10-DABⅢ含量存在显著差异,五年生植株显著高于三年生植株;不同采收季节的曼地亚红豆杉紫杉醇和10-DABⅢ含量也存在显著差异,全年中5月份的含量最高,紫杉醇最高含量为0.56mg.g-1,10-DABⅢ最高含量为0.32mg.g-1。结论:曼地亚红豆杉枝叶在5月份采收最佳,而采收年龄尚需根据主要活性成分及生物量积累规律作进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To reveal the effect of harvest season and age on taxol and 10-deacetyl baccatin III (10-DABⅢ) content in the leaves of Taxus mairei, Timely recovery provided basis. Methods: 25 strains of perennial plants and 25 perennial plants were collected every 2 months from March 26, 2009 to January 26, 2010. The contents of Taxus mairei Paclitaxel and 10-DAB Ⅲ content in the branches and leaves. Results: The taxol and 10-DABⅢ contents of Taxus media under different harvesting ages were significantly different, and the five-year-old plants were significantly higher than those of the three-year-old plants. Paclitaxel and 10-DABⅢ contents were also found in different harvesting seasons Significantly different, the highest content in May throughout the year, paclitaxel highest content of 0.56mg.g-1, 10-DABⅢ highest content of 0.32mg.g-1. CONCLUSIONS: The harvest of the yew branches and leaves of Manterella caudatus was the best in May, and the harvesting age was subject to further study based on the principal active components and biomass accumulation.
