本文以数控车削中心为研究对象给出热误差补偿系统。本系统主要由微机结合数控车削中心的控制器组成,仅用在机床上布置的四个关键点的温度来进行热误差建模。本系统结构简单、成本低廉、精度高、制造方便和安全可靠,已成功地应用于某生产厂家的数控车削中心上。补偿后,热误差从原来的35μm以上降低到12μm,大大地提高了机床的加工精度。
In this paper, CNC turning center for the study of thermal error compensation system. The system is mainly composed of a microcomputer and a controller of a CNC turning center, and only uses the temperature of the four key points arranged on the machine tool to perform thermal error modeling. The system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high precision, convenient and safe manufacture and has been successfully applied to a CNC turning center of a manufacturer. After compensation, the thermal error is reduced from the original 35μm to 12μm, which greatly improves the machining accuracy of the machine tool.
