目的:探讨seminar教学法运用于《高级护理实践导论》课程中的教学效果,以期提高教学质量。方法:抽取本校20名2016级护理专业学位硕士研究生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、分析学习报告的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果:85%的护理研究生表示喜欢该教学方法,在综合能力方面得到不同程度的提升(85%文献检索、85%多媒体幻灯制作、75%语言表达、75%人际沟通),且90%护理研究生认为该教学方法培养了团队协作精神。60%的护理研究生认为课时数较少,主题内容太多,知识点延伸不足。护理研究生认为seminar在实施过程中存在知识重点难以辨别、资料整理、耗时太多等困难。结论:seminar教学法深受护理研究生的欢迎,有利于其全面领会高级护理实践相关理论知识,熟悉高级实践护士的工作方法和思维模式,帮助其构建职业规划,值得在研究生教育中推广。 Objective: To discuss the teaching effect of seminar pedagogy applied in the course of Introduction to Advanced Nursing Practice in order to improve teaching quality. Methods: Totally 20 postgraduates majoring in nursing major in 2016 were selected as the research object, and the teaching effectiveness was evaluated through questionnaire and analysis of the learning report. RESULTS: Eighty-five percent of nursing graduates said they liked the teaching method and were promoted to varying degrees in comprehensive ability (85% document retrieval, 85% multimedia slideshow production, 75% language expression, 75% interpersonal communication) and 90% nursing graduate students Think that this teaching method has cultivated teamwork spirit. 60% of nursing graduate students think that the number of class hours is too small, the subject content is too much, and the knowledge point is not enough to extend. Nursing graduate think seminar in the implementation process is difficult to distinguish the focus of knowledge, data collation, time-consuming and so on. Conclusion: The seminar teaching method is welcomed by nursing postgraduates, which is conducive to fully understanding the theoretical knowledge of advanced nursing practice, becoming familiar with the working methods and thinking modes of senior practical nurses, and helping them construct their career plans and is worth promoting in postgraduate education.
