“海大1号”长牡蛎规模化人工育苗技术的研究

本文以长牡蛎海大1号新品种为材料,通过强化亲贝单胞藻投喂量和人工升温促熟培育,使海大1号长牡蛎新品种亲贝成熟,利用阴干升温刺激方法诱导产卵,并进行了受精卵洗卵和不洗卵的孵化实验;通过控制幼虫密度、投喂新鲜无污染的单胞藻以及科学投喂等技术措施,幼虫快速生长发育到眼点幼虫,投放栉孔扇贝壳进行采苗,眼点幼虫的附着变态率达到45%以上,成功培育出壳高0.5mm以上的稚贝9.67亿粒,单位水体出苗量达到32.4×10~4粒/m~3。取得长牡蛎海大1号新品种规模化育苗生产的成功。 In this paper, a new variety of Oyster Haida No. 1 was used as materials.
