对组合器械与自由重量发展上肢、下肢爆发力的影响进行比较分析,结合训练目的及专项的需要,综合分析组合器械与自由重量的优劣来提供更好的训练方法进行参考。本研究采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对组合器械与自由重量两种力量训练手段对爆发力的影响进行了初步探索。主要得出以下结论:1.两个练习组的受试者再分别进行组合器械与自由重量练习之后,立定跳远、坐推实心球都有显著提高,但两组之间存在显著性差异。2.组合器械练习和自由重量练习在八周的训练期间内,对于发展爆发力都有显著提高,但两者之间存在显著差异,对于提高爆发力自由重量练习优于组合器械。
The comparative analysis on the impact of combined instruments and free weights on the development of the upper extremity and the lower extremity explosive force is made with reference to the purpose of training and the special needs and the comprehensive analysis of the pros and cons of combined instruments and free weights to provide a better training method. In this study, the author explored the influence of the combination of two kinds of strength training instruments such as combined instruments and free weights on the explosive force by means of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The main conclusions are drawn as follows: 1. Subjects in the two practice groups, after separately performing the combined instruments and free weight exercises, set the long jump and push the solid ball significantly, but there is a significant difference between the two groups. 2. The combined equipment exercise and free weight exercise during the eight-week training period have significantly increased for the development of explosive force, but there are significant differences between the two, which is better than the combined equipment for improving the explosive free-weight exercise.
