以天然物为原料的生药在采集、制备及流通过程中极易被污染,而常用的高压蒸气杀菌法有分解有效成分、变色及挥发油挥发等问题:气体杀菌法有分解成分及毒气残留问题,至今尚无理想的生药杀菌方法。因此本次利用电子射线对12种生药粉末进行照射,测定细菌数、真菌数及有效成分含量,并与加热杀菌法进行对比。 方法:取日本药典收载的12种生药(茴香、黄芩、黄柏、甘草、肉桂、龙胆、厚朴、芍药、番泻叶、当药、丁香及人参)
Raw materials using natural substances as raw materials are easily contaminated during collection, preparation, and distribution. Commonly used high-pressure steam sterilization methods have problems such as decomposition of active ingredients, discoloration, and volatilization of volatile oils. The gas sterilization method has problems of decomposition and residual toxic gases. So far there is no ideal method of sterilization of raw herbs. Therefore, 12 kinds of crude drug powders were irradiated with electron rays, and the number of bacteria, the number of fungi, and the content of active ingredients were determined and compared with the heat sterilization method.
