BAFF(TNF家族的B细胞活化因子)能够结合B淋巴细胞,促进BCR介导的细胞增殖。
B lymphocyte maturation is a highly selective process that requires delicate differentiation and survival signals. BAFF (TNF family of B-cell activating factor) is able to bind B lymphocytes and promote BCR-mediated cell proliferation. The number of peripheral B cells decreased when the action of BAFF was blocked, whereas high levels of Bcl-2 were detected in BAFF transgenic mice. This study mainly explored the effect of BAFF on the survival of spleen-derived Transitional B lymphocytes in vitro.
