目的:探讨超声引导下多点多方向细针穿刺细胞学检查(US-FNAC)在最大直径≤1 cm乳腺小肿块中的诊断价值。方法:对照分析136个最大直径≤1 cm乳腺小肿块行超声引导下多点多方向FNAC与病理结果。结果:136个乳腺小肿块中,细胞学诊断恶性61个,可疑恶性15个,良性病变48个,不能定性12个。不能定性的小肿块经二次穿刺后,均获得准确的细胞学诊断结果。术后组织病理学结果中,良性病变共53个,恶性肿瘤83个。US-FNAC在乳腺小肿块(最大直径≤1 cm)中的敏感度97.5%、特异度92.7%、准确率95.6%,结论:多点多方向US-FNAC对乳腺小肿块的术前诊断准确性较高,是重要的术前诊断方法。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-point multi-directional fine needle aspiration cytology (US-FNAC) guided by ultrasound in the diagnosis of small breast masses ≤1 cm in diameter. Methods: We compared the multi-point and multi-directional FNAC guided by ultrasonography and pathology in 136 small breast masses ≤1 cm in diameter. Results: Of the 136 small breast masses, 61 were cytologically diagnosed malignantly, 15 were suspiciously malignant, 48 were benign and 12 were not identifiable. Unqualified small lumps after the second puncture, are accurate cytological diagnosis. Postoperative histopathological findings, a total of 53 benign lesions, 83 malignant tumors. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of US-FNAC were 97.5%, 92.7% and 95.6% respectively in small breast masses (maximum diameter ≤1 cm). Conclusion: The accuracy of multi-point multi-directional US-FNAC in preoperative diagnosis of small breast masses Higher, is an important preoperative diagnosis.
