马铃薯丰产砰体植株的叶片、茎秆、块茎的干物率在整个生育期间,始终低于一般群体,其日变化规律两群体相同,均表现昼高夜低的变化趋势,但茎秆和块茎不明显。全生育期,茎秆干物半始终低于叶片和块茎,叶片干物半生育前期高于块茎,生育后期低于块茎。叶片干物率的高低与植株长势呈正相关关系。因此,叶片干物率的高低是衡量植株生长状况和内部代谢强弱的重要生理生化指标。
The dry matter rate of leaves, stems and tubers of potato bumper plants was always lower than that of general population during the whole growth period. The diurnal variation regularity of two groups were the same, all showed the trend of high and low nighttime, but the stalks and tubers were not obvious. During the whole growth period, the dry matter half of stems was always lower than that of the leaves and tubers, and the leaves were higher than the tubers in the early half-growth stage and lower than the tubers in the late growth stage. Leaf dry matter rate and plant height had a positive correlation. Therefore, leaf dry matter rate is a measure of plant growth and internal metabolism of the important physiological and biochemical indicators.
