对流域梯级电站实施远程集中监控、集中管理,是水电企业提高上网竞争力的重要技术手段。而要实现流域水电站的优化调度,提高流域梯级电站的发电效益,又必须以稳定可靠的通信系统做保障。本文从介绍建设卫星通信系统的必要性入手,重点对贵州乌江水电开发有限责任公司水电站远程集控中心的卫星通信系统的构成和功能实现进行了详细介绍,并对卫星通信在流域梯级水电站远程集控中的应用效果进行了分析和阐述。
