目的研究外源性磷酸肌酸(CP)预处理对大鼠子宫缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 45只SD雌性大鼠,随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注组和磷酸肌酸钠干预组3组,每组15只。缺血前30 min,干预组经腹腔注射10 mg/kg磷酸肌酸钠注射液,观察子宫细胞凋亡指数。结果与假手术组比较,缺血再灌注组细胞凋亡显著增加,用磷酸肌酸处理后,细胞凋亡明显减少(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸通过减少大鼠缺血再灌注子宫肌细胞凋亡,从而减轻子宫肌缺血再灌注损。
Objective To study the effect of exogenous creatine phosphate (CP) preconditioning on the rat’s uterus after ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Forty-five SD female rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group and sodium phosphate creatinine intervention group (n = 15). At 30 min before ischemia, the intervention group was injected intraperitoneally with 10 mg / kg sodium creatine phosphate injection to observe the apoptotic index of the uterus. Results Compared with the sham-operation group, the apoptosis of ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly increased. After treated with phosphocreatine, the apoptosis rate was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Phosphocreatine can reduce the ischemia-reperfusion injury of the uterine muscle by reducing the apoptosis of myocyte in rats with ischemia reperfusion.
