目的观察分析面部皮瘘的发病原因、预防方法和临床有效治疗方法。方法对50例口腔颌面部皮瘘患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果 50例口腔颌面部皮瘘患者中牙源性皮瘘患者占64%,为该疾病的主要致病病因。对该疾病的治疗需要根据患者的实际情况选择合适的治疗方法。结论对颌面部皮瘘疾病的临床分析和治疗观察有助于该疾病的及早预防和合理治疗。 Objective To observe and analyze the causes of facial fistula, prevention methods and clinical effective treatment. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of oral and maxillofacial skin fistula were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 50 cases of oral and maxillofacial skin fistula in patients with odontogenic skin fistula accounted for 64% of the disease is the main etiological factor. The treatment of the disease needs to be based on the actual situation of patients choose the appropriate treatment. Conclusion The clinical analysis and treatment of maxillofacial fistula are helpful for the early prevention and reasonable treatment of the disease.
