目的 :观察具有补肾益气、活血通络功效的中药复方仙灵脾注射液对脑缺血性大鼠模型的体重、神经症状、被动性条件反射、血液流变性、血小板聚集、自由基代谢、脑梗塞面积的指标影响。方法 :采用结扎大鼠右侧大脑中动脉 (RightMiddleCerebralArteryOcclusion ,R -MCAO )造成局灶性脑缺血模型。将SD大鼠 60只 (雌雄各半 ,6月龄 )随机分为 6组 ,每组 10只 ,即假手术组、模型组、川芎嗪对照组、复方仙灵脾大、中、小剂量组。结果 :复方仙灵脾注射液能明显改善MCAO大鼠神经学症状 ,显著延长被动性条件反射潜伏期 ,减少错误次数 ,降低全血粘度 ,降低血小板聚集率 ,使血浆SOD升高 ,MDA下降 ,缩小脑梗塞面积等。结论 :复方仙灵脾注射液在改善血液流变性 ,增加脑血流量的同时 ,又能清除自由基 ,改善脑功能 ,减轻急性脑梗塞时缺血损伤。用于治疗局灶性脑缺血疗效优于川芎嗪注射液
Objective: To observe the body weight, neurological symptoms, passive conditioned reflex, hemorheology, platelet aggregation, and free radical metabolism of Chinese herbal compound Xianlingpi injection with the effect of tonifying kidney, benefiting Qi, and activating blood circulation. The index of cerebral infarction area affects. METHODS: The model of focal cerebral ischemia was induced by ligating the Right Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion (R-MCAO). Sixty SD rats (male and half female, 6 months old) were randomly divided into 6 groups, 10 in each group, namely sham operation group, model group, ligustrazine control group, compound acne splenomegaly, medium and small dose group. . Results: Compound Xianlingpi injection can obviously improve the neurological symptoms of MCAO rats, significantly prolong the passive conditioned reflex latency, reduce the number of errors, reduce the whole blood viscosity, reduce the platelet aggregation rate, increase the plasma SOD, decrease the MDA, and reduce Cerebral infarction area and so on. Conclusion : Compound Xianling spleen injection can improve blood rheology and increase cerebral blood flow, at the same time, it can scavenge free radicals, improve brain function and relieve ischemic injury in acute cerebral infarction. It is superior to Ligustrazine injection in the treatment of focal cerebral ischemia
