巨大肺肌纤维母细胞瘤临床少见。最近我院收治 1例 ,经手术及病理证实 ,现报告如下。患者 ,女性 ,4岁。 1个月前无明显诱因咳嗽、咳痰 ,拟诊为肺炎入院。体检 :两肺呼吸音粗 ,未闻及干湿性罗音。心界不扩大 ,听诊正常。实验室各项检查均正常。Ｘ线检查 :第一次后前位胸片显示左
Great pulmonary myofibroblastic tumor is rare. Recently admitted to our hospital in 1 case, confirmed by surgery and pathology, are as follows. Patient, female, 4 years old. 1 month ago no obvious incentive cough, sputum, admitted to hospital for pneumonia. Physical examination: Both lungs breath sounds coarse, unheard-of and wet and dry rales. Heart does not expand, auscultation normal. Laboratory tests are normal.
