目的研究分析胃癌早期诊断方面存在的问题。方法回顾分析198例胃癌患者的临床表现与内镜下表现特点。结果胃癌发病以中年人为主,40～59岁为发病高峰,总体发病年龄明显年轻化。结论基层医院早期胃癌诊断率低,应进一步提高胃镜下诊断阳性率。
