目的:观察心脑宁片对结扎冠状动脉所致大鼠心肌缺血模型的影响。方法:大鼠70只,分为7组,分别为空白对照组,模型组,硝苯地平组,脑心通组,心脑宁高、中、低剂量组,各组分别灌服相应药物,每天给药1次,连续7 d;于最后1次给药后结扎冠状动脉左前降支(LAD),造大鼠心肌缺血模型。缺血2 h后,腹主动脉取血,测血清CK、LDH、MDA、SOD水平;处死大鼠,取心脏,10%甲醛固定,HE染色、切片。结果:与模型组比,心脑宁片组可显著降低血CK、LDH、MDA水平(P<0.01),可显著升高血SOD活力(P<0.01),可显著降低减轻缺血所致心肌的损伤(P<0.01)。结论:心脑宁片对结扎冠状动脉所致大鼠心肌缺血有好的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Xinnaoning Tablet on myocardial ischemia model induced by ligation of coronary artery in rats. Methods: Seventy rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: blank control group, model group, nifedipine group, Naoxintong group, Xinnaoning high, medium and low dose groups, Administered once a day for 7 consecutive days; Left anterior descending (LAD) of the coronary artery was ligated after the last administration, creating myocardial ischemia model in rats. After 2 h of ischemia, the abdominal aorta was taken for blood and serum CK, LDH, MDA and SOD were measured. The rats were sacrificed and the heart was fixed. The cells were fixed with 10% formaldehyde and stained with HE. Results: Compared with the model group, Xinnaoning tablet group could significantly decrease the level of CK, LDH and MDA in serum (P <0.01), and increase the activity of SOD in blood (P <0.01) (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xinnaoning tablet can improve myocardial ischemia induced by ligation of coronary artery in rats.
