在中国软件产业发展了二十多年之后,我们看到,无论从研发水平还是人才储备方面来看,中国的软件业正在呈现着令人欣喜的局面。作为一直没有离开大众关注热点的国产办公软件,在微软office“贴身防守”的态势下,也在悄然发生着一定的变化——金山WPS、中文2000的Red office、永中office以及即时的Thiz office,在不经意间成为了国产办公软件的中坚力量。 2000年,国务院《鼓励软件产业和集成电路产业发展的若干政策》(简称“18号文”)的颁布,以及《中华人民共和国政府采购法》的出台,更为在办公软件领域“厉兵秣马”的国内厂商们带来了新的发展契机。去年底,中国正式加入WTO,困扰国产软件业多时的盗版问题再一次被放到了亟待解决的议事日程上来。笔者不由回想起,在采访其中一位软件厂商的老总时,他深有感触地讲到:“我们国产软件的发展实在是搭上了难得的顺风船。” 从扶持国产软件产业和保障政府电子政务系统安全的角度考虑,我们要支持国产办公软件;从节省经费开支,少花钱多办事的角度考虑,我们更要支持国产办公软件。据记者了解,目前国产软件的基本价位普遍保持在国外同类软件的1/4,甚至更低的水平。在产品性能和技术实力相当的情况下,我们在此真诚地呼吁,希望广大企业用户和政府部门为国产办公软件加油、?
After more than two decades of development in the Chinese software industry, we have seen that China’s software industry is showing a welcome development both in terms of research and development and talent reserves. As a domestic office software that has not left the public’s focus, it has quietly undergone certain changes in the “defensive defense” posture of Microsoft office—Jinshan WPS, Chinese Red Office 2000, Yongzhong office, and instant Thiz office. The author recalled that when interviewing the CEO of one of the software vendors, he said with deep feeling: “The development of our domestic software is really a rare ride.” Supporting the domestic software industry and safeguarding government electronics From the perspective of the security of government affairs system, we must support domestically-made office software; from the perspective of saving expenditures and spending less money, we must also support domestic office software. According to the reporter’s understanding, the basic price of domestic software is currently maintained at 1/4 or even lower levels of similar foreign software. In the case of product performance and technical strength, we hereby sincerely hope that the majority of corporate users and government departments can fuel the domestic office software.
