博世ME7系列发动机管理系统(图1)是带电子节气门的点火和喷油集中控制的发动机管理系统,发动机的进气量不直接由加速踏板来控制,而是由发动机控制单元(ECU)采集分析诸多信号后通过控制节气门开度来精确确定,与早期的M1和M3系统的最大不同在于ME7系统的控制策略是基于转矩控制的,国内使用该系统的主要车型有ME7.5系列的斯柯达、大众、奥迪等大众系列部分车型和ME7.4系列的东风雪铁龙部分车型。下面简要介绍其故障代码的状态、类型、判别方法和故障模式。
The Bosch ME7 Series engine management system (Figure 1) is an engine management system for centralized ignition and fuel injection control with an electronic throttle. The engine’s intake air is not directly controlled by the accelerator but is collected by the engine control unit (ECU) After analyzing many signals and accurately controlling the throttle opening, the biggest difference from the earlier M1 and M3 systems is that the control strategy of the ME7 system is based on torque control. The main models used in China are the ME7.5 series Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi and other popular series of some models and ME7.4 series Dongfeng Citroen models. The following briefly describes the status of the fault code, type, discriminant method and fault mode.
