Modal verbs are mainly used to express the speaker’s view or attitude towards an action or state, thinking that “may”, “should”, “necessary”, and so on. However, the meaning of the word itself is not complete, and it cannot be used as a predicate verb alone. It must be used in conjunction with the verb infinitive without the “to” (ie, the verb primitive; except the ought). There is no change in the number and verb of modal verbs. When reading aloud, the affirmative form of modal verbs generally does not reread. It is the same kind of preposition as it is difficult to grasp in English. It is also the content of the annual examination. Looking at the 2007 mid-level exam questions, we can see that propositioners often use the nuances of the context and sentence to examine the candidate’s actions on the situation.
