报道了通过Bi2O3的掺杂而获得的在较低温度(880℃左右)下烧成的Li铁氧体的烧结工艺、结构特征及其磁导率的频率特性。发现材料实现低烧的同时也有效地克服了烧结过程中的Li挥发,用Zn和Co部分地替代Li可有效地提高材料的起始磁导率和截止频率。
The sintering process, structural characteristics and frequency characteristics of permeability of Li ferrite sintered at relatively low temperature (about 880 ℃) obtained by doping Bi2O3 were reported. The results show that the material can effectively reduce the volatilization of Li during sintering and partially replace Li with Zn and Co, which can effectively improve the initial permeability and the cutoff frequency of the material.
