在浦东新区政府职能改革过程中,随着"管办评"职能分离的实践,对专业教育中介服务机构的需求越来越强烈.本文从浦东新区教育委托管理机构发展动因及发展特点、存在问题的分析入手,在此基础上提出了推动教育管理中介机构健康发展的机制.
