温州市早稻生产现状 存在的问题 发展对策

通过对温州市近年来的早稻生产现状进行分析,找出温州市早稻生产上所存在的问题,基于此提出稳定和发展温州市早稻生产应采取的对策建议。指出温州市早稻生产现状为:光温资源丰富,适宜于早稻生产;生产主体发生转变,由家庭种植发展成规模种植;早稻米用途发生变化,已基本退出口粮用途;早稻品种在不断演变。在早稻生产过程中,存在的问题主要有:忽视早稻生产,种植面积逐年下降;早稻种植效益偏低;受农田资源等客观条件制约;农技推广力量薄弱,队伍不稳;适应轻型栽培等技术的品种不多。认为在早稻生产过程中,应加强领导,切实抓好早稻生产;不断健全土地流转机制,发展适度规模经营;加强技术推广机构建设,确保农技推广队伍的稳定;加强早稻新品种引选工作;加强综合配套技术的研究和应用。该研究可为温州市早稻的高产优质生产提供指导。 Based on the analysis of the status quo of early rice production in Wenzhou City in recent years, find out the problems existing in the production of early rice in Wenzhou City, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to stabilize and develop the early rice production in Wenzhou City. We should continue to improve the mechanism of land circulation and develop appropriate scale operations. We should strengthen the construction of technical extension agencies and ensure the stability of agricultural extension teams. We should also strengthen the introduction of new varieties of early rice, Strengthen the research and application of comprehensive supporting technologies. This research can provide guidance for the high yield and good quality of early rice in Wenzhou City.
