随着科学技术的进步,新型高强度、高硬度的难加工零件的不断出现,无论是对深孔加工的质量、加工效率、还是刀具的耐用度都提出了更高的要求。本文阐述了典型的深孔钻削系统特点及应用并进行了对比研究,有效的解决了中大孔径深孔钻削问题。
With the advancement of science and technology, the continuous emergence of new high-strength and hard-to-machine-hard parts has raised higher demands on the quality of deep-hole processing, processing efficiency and tool durability. In this paper, the characteristics and applications of a typical deep hole drilling system are described and compared with each other, which effectively solves the problem of deep hole drilling at medium and large apertures.
