采用均匀设计的试验方法,分析4种不同配比的新型胶凝材料对司家营铁矿全尾砂胶结充填体强度的影响。采用二次多项式逐步回归法分析处理试验数据,建立全尾砂胶结充填体28 d强度与新型胶凝材料不同配比之间的回归模型。使用MATLAB软件进行配比参数优化,确定新型胶凝材料的最佳配比组合。最佳配比验证试验的充填体28 d抗压强度为3.44 MPa,与预测的3.66 MPa相差不大,说明均匀设计法在胶凝材料配方研制上有较高的实用价值。试验结果为司家营铁矿全尾砂胶结充填开采提供了理论参考。
The uniform design test method was used to analyze the effect of four kinds of new cementitious materials with different proportions on the strength of the tailings cemented filling body in the iron ore mine of Sijiaying. The quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze and process the experimental data to establish a regression model between the 28-day tailing strength of the tailing cement and the different proportions of the new cementitious material. Using MATLAB software to optimize the matching parameters to determine the best combination of new cementitious materials. The compressive strength at 28 d for the best proportioning test was 3.44 MPa, which was not much different from the predicted 3.66 MPa, indicating that the uniform design method has a high practical value in the development of cementitious material formulations. The test results provide a theoretical reference for the entire tailing cementing and flotation of the iron ore mine in Sijiaying.
