油砂山油田地下构造为北西-南东向北缓南陡顶部平缓的半箱状背斜,南翼地层倾角50°-60°,存在防斜打值难题;其Ⅳ断块地层压力低,地层压力系数0.637,油组平均孔隙度21%,为中-高孔隙度,且裂缝发育,易导致孔隙漏失;以上工程技术难题,严重制约油砂山油田安全、快速、高效开发。针对这些问题,在油砂山区块应用了充气钻井技术,防漏治漏效果显著,有效提高了机械钻速,减少了井漏复杂处理时间,缩短了钻井周期,降低了钻井成本,为推动该区块的安全高效开发提供了技术保障。
