探讨bcl-2在胃癌形成过程中的作用及意义。方法利用免疫组化染色,对20例正常胃粘膜、38例不典型增生、52例胃癌进行bcl-2检测。结果bcl-2在不典型增生和肠型胃癌中均显著高于正常胃粘膜(P<0.05);在正常胃粘膜与胃型胃癌中无显著差异。bck-2表达与胃癌分期、淋巴结转移等与预后有关的因素无相关性。结论bcl-2可能参与正常胃粘膜细胞凋亡调控。与癌变的前期过程有关,与肿瘤进展无关。bcl-2与肠型胃癌关系密切。
To explore the role and significance of bcl-2 in the formation of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect bcl-2 in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa, 38 cases of atypical hyperplasia, and 52 cases of gastric cancer. Results bcl-2 was significantly higher in atypical hyperplasia and intestinal type gastric cancer than in normal gastric mucosa (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between normal gastric mucosa and gastric gastric cancer. There was no correlation between bck-2 expression and prognosis-related factors such as gastric cancer staging and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion bcl-2 may be involved in the regulation of normal gastric mucosa cell apoptosis. It is related to the early course of carcinogenesis and has nothing to do with tumor progression. Bcl-2 is closely related to intestinal type gastric cancer.
